Ideas for dads new partner whose going to Oz

My Dad and new gf both lost their partners last year before getting together and have planned a trip of a lifetime to Australia and New Zealand in January. I’m struggling to come up with an idea of something that she might use on her travels but on a budget of £20. Any ideas?

I have just posted on another thread about a travel/document organiser to carry passports and pappers etc. Invaluable of travelling start from 10.00 upwards on Amazon

What about a grid it organiser?
There was one mentioned on the bargain thread a few days ago that was a better price than this

Lonely planet guide book or novel with an Australian theme e.g. The True History of the Kelly Gang by Peter Carey
Pair of havianas flip flops (honestly so worth the cost as so comfy)
Hamman towel - unless they will be in places providing towels all the way
Massive Silk or jersey summery scarf - useful for on plane when it's cool, on beach if windy or to cover up from sun
