Dd would like a hug time bracelet operated by santa clause not a button that she has to press!! She wants santa to notify her when it's time to come get s hug. I've no chance have I?? Anyone know of anything that may work or good at inventing things!! Or alternatives that may placate her?? Or suggestions on how to let her down gently??

I love children's imaginations, the only thing I can suggest is getting a watch with Father christmas on that has an alarm that you can set, and every time the alarm goes off is when she has to get a hug. I've looked but can't really find one, although nearer to Christmas you might get more lucky. These watches look really good though and only £6.99

Aww those watches are really sweet. Good idea about setting an alarm. Wondered whether there may be some kind of activity band or something similar that may work.

Garmin do an activity band that you can set with your own chores (or hugs!) we haven’t got one though so I can’t vouch for it and it is about £70!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh newme you do not know my daughter, she is an elephant who never forgets!! Barely changed her mind once she has an idea either. One year she wanted sunglasses in July and that was all that was on her Christmas list that year. She was 2!!
