Presents for 6 month old?

My little one will be six months just before Christmas, and friends and family are starting to ask what they could get for them.

Rather than asking for functional things that are really more for us, what sort of things would a 6 month old enjoy?! Although it's only a few months away I'm struggling to work out what they will be interested in/ be able to do by then!

Jumperoo, play mat, books, sensory toy set, even things like a walker can be played with when LO can sit up rather than start to walk :)

The vtech push walker! It will drive you insane but they'll love it. Stacking cups/rings, shape sorter, balls, board books, ball popper, activity table, activity cube, my pal scout/play and learn puppy, things that move on their own to crawl after, toy phone or tv remote, drum/xylophone/anything to bang and make noise, a rainmaker.

Tomy squeaky eggs. My 16 month old still loves them now
