Gaming headsets for children? (Xbox one)

Can anyone recommend any that would fit a 9 year old? DS is getting an Xbox one for Christmas and I'd like to get him a gaming headset, but there are tons out there and the reviews all seem to be from grown ups who use them!

You don't necessarily need a specific gaming headset. As long as the headphones have a mouthpiece then it will work.
DS had the proper Xbox ones and we weren't that impressed with them for the price, they lasted about 8 months. Be prepared to replace every 12 months or so as none seem to last that long. DS is currently using some Monster headphones which he says are better as the sound is better.

Try Turtle Beach

Or call in to a branch of Game and talk to a staff member (most of who. game themselves),

I third Turtle Beach. Not the cheapest but good quality, last for ages and they're put through their paces by my DS 😂
Amazon usually have some pretty good deals on them. You've got to be careful and make sure to get a set that has a mike - many of them don't.

We get a basic turtle beach from Tesco they are only £14.99. he prefers the one ear style and isn't gentle with them so the cables always get twisted/knackered but they are cheap enough to replace every 9-10 months.

Great, thanks!

Amazon have loads - just bought my 10 yo DS a pair for his birthday. £18 from Amazon with hundreds of five star reviews. He seems happy with them!
