Has anyone bought the Hawkins Bazaar prefilled stockings? Had a quick look at them online yesterday and they look quite good or do they send you a load of tat in reality?

Ooh I was wondering this too - I think the danger for me would be I would get the ore filled stocking then see things and Ds would end up with 2 as I wouldn't be able to resist!

I bought a couple (heavily discounted in the sale) one year, and I can't say I was massively impressed....I needed them for a particular event and thought they were quite decent for the sale price of £10 each but I wouldn't have paid the full price, mainly because the quality of the items was a bit variable, eg. some of the craft kits and items were good quality, but a few were very cheap-looking and a bit tat-tastic, and which I wouldn't have put in my DD's own stocking. I wouldn't get them again to be honest, I think you can get much nicer things yourself from shops like Tiger, or even from the cheap party bag filler websites, and really tailor them to your own child.

Agree, they were a bargain at half price last year but wouldn't have paid full price
