@Birdofathousandvoices I got a Baby Annablel for my dd's 2nd birthday and she loved it, though its taken til she was 2.5 for her to really enjoy feeding it etc with the sounds being on, but its now enjoyed every day.

Benefts of a normal dolly is that you can bath it and they're usually more hardwearing, so we do have a normal dolly too which goes in the paddling pool, bath, everywhere!

Isadora2007 · 15/09/2017 22:15

The my first Annabel is lovely. Dd called her "baby charlotte" and she was the right size for lugging around. I think baby born have a small version too that may be okayti bath.
But honestly most generic £5-7 baby dolls are actually quite nice.

yumyumpoppycat · 15/09/2017 22:29

My dd got too freaked out by baby Annabel crying!

FlowerTink · 15/09/2017 22:42

Oooh actually we have the my first baby Annabell too (the cuddly soft one) and that one is still played with everyday and pretty light to be carried around too.

Charlie Cook's favourite Book by Julia Donaldson is £2.09 on Amazon.

bunningsbunny · 16/09/2017 00:46

Just spotted the Moana island playset down to £15 with free delivery on the Argos Ebay shop...

www.ebay.co.uk/itm/352130761778

It's currently about twice that on Amazon.

TroubledTribble28 · 16/09/2017 06:08

Local Spars should be selling nets of chocolate brussel sprouts for £1.00 which is far better than the £3.99 +p and p I saw online. There are also nets of chocolate clementines (like mini Terrys) for a £1, bargain stocking fillers.

Wondering if anyone can help with Our Generation outfits? The one I'm after isn't available for delivery from Smyths and I'd really rather avoid a trip just for that. Is there anywhere else that sells them? Can't find anything on Argos or ToysRUs . Thanks!

singadream · 16/09/2017 07:25

What one are you after?

handsfree · 16/09/2017 07:27

@strawberrystar if you don't mind, that would be great, thank you x

Harry Potter theme Christmas present sacks personalised on wowcher should be £24.99 now £7.99 here

Birdofathousandvoices · 16/09/2017 07:42

Thanks for your thoughts/opinions on baby annabell. DD already has a soft body doll so I think I'll just get a hard bodied doll - maybe one that can use the potty etc and if she seems to really enjoy playing with dollies then can consider one of the fancier ones next birthday or Christmas! Not the creepy luvabella one though Blush

Badders08 · 16/09/2017 07:49

Yeah. Id hold off til black Friday...echo bound to be reduced again...along with all the fire tablets and paper whites

I'm after Pokemon themed toys - ds2 is heavily into Pokemon 😁 - they are quite hard to find and things I have seen are £££££ 😔

I ordered a couple of Pokemon bits from wish but the one thing that has arrived was pretty poor 😔

Do build a bear ever do vouchers? He has one Pokemon bear but it was £35!! 😮

Chocolatecake12 · 16/09/2017 08:12

Badders08 they had Pokémon cushions in the range when I was there earlier in the week. Can't remember the price but might be an idea for your ds's bedroom!

Tescos have 2for£1 on some chocolates and I bought 2 of the large gold coins for £1 for stocking fillers.

Badders08 · 16/09/2017 08:13

Thank you

christmasunicorn · 16/09/2017 08:13
