In past years people have asked about cheap balance bikes. Saw these wooden ones available in pink & blue currently reduced from £35 to £25 at Halfords.

torthecatlady · 01/09/2017 14:39

Anyone seen a Game of Thrones version of the board game Risk for a reasonable price? Or the original version?

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 01/09/2017 14:48

My Swarovski outlet braclets arrived today and I'm thrilled with them, they're really lovely! They're not my style but the recipients will adore them! Am really annoyed at myself though, I thought I ordered one for my friend and I didn't and now the £20 ones are out of stock! Booo!

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 01/09/2017 14:58

advent calendars here are always homemade as I think the prepackaged ones are way over priced for what u get! In the past I've done lego Minifigures (bought in bundles off eBay much cheaper than the lego calendar), moshi monsters, yo kai watch discs, ooshies. Basically I see what they are into and look out for deals/buy bundles off ebay.

This year I'm doing a smiggle/stationary one for dd1 - bought bits in the 3 for £5 offer and some emoji bits from poundland. DD2 is have a vintage kinder egg toy advent - she loves little animal figures so bought a bundle of 90's cats, turtles, sharks, frogs 😁 they have come to under £20 for both but they will have a decent thing each day.

tothecatlady I think I saw game of thrones risk on the works. There's often a discount code for there and high cashback %.

EmGee · 01/09/2017 15:05

Thanks Boredom for the bedroom athletic link. Just bought some slippers for me! However I saw a code that popped up after I'd paid - 10% off sale/full price items until 4th Sept EXTRA10. Hope it helps someone else!

Unicorn81 · 01/09/2017 15:05

35 for gamenof thrones risk

torthecatlady · 01/09/2017 15:35

Thank you for the suggestions! The works have the monopoly version, but not risk!

I've just seen it on "365 games" for £28.99 (with free delivery), I'm wondering whether or not to hold out until closer to Christmas in the hope of getting it a bit cheaper!

The original version is at John Lewis for £25 also.

AlwaysOldBeforeMyTime · 01/09/2017 17:16

Few half price happyland bits at ELC.com not had chance to check what though I'm afraid!

BanoffeePieIsMyFave · 01/09/2017 17:28

Thanks boredom. That's my in-laws sorted from the kids Flowers
Also was in home bargains earlier and they have various baileys and Guinness chocolates in - might be good for someone putting together hampers?

Is there a code for ness?

d270r0 · 01/09/2017 17:48

My house of marbles order arrived, ever so quickly and all stuff lovely! Only thing is, I bought 2 of each item (one for each dc) and they wrapped up (free) each type of item as a pair so I had to unwrap them so that I could wrap them individually for the dc!

theftbyfinding · 01/09/2017 17:49

Juliecloud the discount is applied at checkout if you follow this link www.ness.co.uk/amazing-50-off

Juliecloud · 01/09/2017 18:08

Boredomismyenemy · 01/09/2017 18:57

banoffee and emgee glad to have helped! Might do a hamper for my parents so those Baileys and Guinness chocolates look perfect!

margaritasbythesea · 01/09/2017 18:58

Unicorn Made of Pink Glitter could you give the link please ? I can't find it.

DearMrDilkington · 01/09/2017 19:01

Anyone got any more dates for big sales? I tend to write them all down in Xmas planner so I don't forget!

strawberrypenguin · 01/09/2017 19:13

Has anyone used Wish? Are they ok?

Unicorn81 · 01/09/2017 19:27

I recently got some bits from wish, the EOS lip balm is an obvious fake but will do the kids. The make up brushes, silicone sponge etc all ok but quality isnt what you would get by paying a little more in primark etc. Suppose it depends what your after

Soubriquet · 01/09/2017 19:48

Regarding dollhouse furniture, Lidl always do sets of wooden toddler chunky furniture around this time of year (ish) and quality and durability are great, and the price too.

Annwithnoe · 01/09/2017 20:03

The Book People have various boxsets of Walliams books they change offer codes regularly so if you can hold out a bit you should get a good price, I'd be waiting for maybe 15-20% off.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 01/09/2017 20:05

I had an email from Cornerstone with £5 off a £10 spend so I thought I'd get some supplies for DH. It turns out I had other vouchers sitting so got more blades for free!

Here's my referral code if anyone wants £10 off, I get £10 credit too I believe
