Thank you for the studio kitchen link. I've ordered it for my dd 😀

GingerAndTheBiscuits · 22/08/2017 14:11

DD just conned me out of one of these Fashem things in wilkos - www.wilko.com/dolls-soft-toys/disney-frozen-fashems/invt/0440509?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIjprcmPTq1QIVUpSyCh3giAXJEAQYBCABEgKGnvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds - was reduced to 75p though. Would be a bargain stocking filler if they are doing similar across other stores

PamelaEwing · 22/08/2017 14:14

Yay to be back amongst fellow people who don't look at me like I have 2 heads for mentioning the Christmas word in August 😁
Asda was selling it's own version of pie face in store today for 70p! Not sure if store specific but they had loads.

Thanks to you lovely people I have almost finished buying for DD, but no idea what to get DH.

Men are so difficult to buy for. Always buy clothes, aftershave, got a watch, doesn't have hobby. Main pressie is a weekend away but really need stocking filler ideas.

margaritasbythesea · 22/08/2017 15:56

Woolovers have a great sale on including pure cashmere from about forty pounds. The quality is great but the sizes are big. If you sign up for their newsletter you get a tenner off a sixty pound spend. They also have some really gorgeous wool blankets in the sale.

I am very impressed that your autocorrect knows the word twat Knope!

margaritasbythesea · 22/08/2017 15:58

Here are the throws etc

margaritasbythesea · 22/08/2017 16:00

Pure cashmere ponchos 44 pounds.

I can also recommend their silk cotton vests for winter.

And now I´ll stop.

Knope2020 · 22/08/2017 16:22

....gives you some idea of my most used words BlushGrin

Knope2020 · 22/08/2017 16:23

My ds2 loves drawing and painting.
He will be 9 by Xmas
Any ideas what I could get that is both child friendly but good quality craft supplies that will last?

Knope2020 · 22/08/2017 16:25

Omg those throws are beautiful!

MrsCrimbo74 · 22/08/2017 16:53

Lego Star Wars K-2SO was £20 now £10, cheapest place I can find it, it's 26cm tall when built so quite good, it's at a department store in Norwich, postage is £3.50 unless you live locally then obviously you can collect it.

I know Knope. I want one!

I got DD 9 this for Christmas and she was pleased with it. They also do pads of watercolour paper in Tiger for about three quid.

BellaGoth · 22/08/2017 18:06

Just read the whole thread, phew!

I'm looking at these pj masks toys on eBay, cam anyone tell if there's likely to be a catch? Dodgy plastic or something? DS would love them! m.ebay.co.uk/itm/6-pcs-PJ-Masks-Catboy-Owlette-Gekko-Cloak-PVC-8-9cm-Action-Figures-Kids-Toy-New-/272780592742?hash=item3f82fd8666%3Ag%3ATukAAOSwAtFZdhS1&_trkparms=pageci%253Acacf4a79-8752-11e7-8f3c-74dbd180a9ca%257Cparentrq%253A0aaafd4e15e0ab4dc333c0d9fff4a880%257Ciid%253A14

I'm itching to get started but DS starts school in September so I expect his tastes will change. DD has only just had her birthday so need to let the dust settle from that for her.

Then it's adults...

Fandabidozy · 22/08/2017 18:08

Quick name change but I've been hanging around, honest :o

Knope, I got my then 9yo this sketch set and he still uses it regularly seems very good quality and can be refilled as you go.

Reastie · 22/08/2017 18:08

We have two Christmas trees, w don't need anOther blinking Christmas tree yet I keep hovering over the buy button! The only thing stopping me is the £2 for click and collect .

d270r0 · 22/08/2017 18:15

L'occitane advent is £89 this year I'm afraid- last year was only £42. Theres a soap and glory one coming out this year though for £40 which could be interesting. And the M&S one looks like similar stuff to last year and will be £35 with a £35 spend again like last year

Snausage · 22/08/2017 18:34

I think it was tattybogle89 who posted the Pandora outlet link... Thank you! Delivery was super quick and each item came with its own bag so will make perfect gifts!
