Am in! Will post when got a bargain!

imsorryiasked · 21/01/2017 08:01

HEMA have a few little bits left in their sale online.
They are slightly strange as the price you see is before the discount which is highlighted in red. e.g. ink stamps £3 with 70% off will go into your basket at 90p.

SideOrderofSprouts · 21/01/2017 13:35

Not sure if this is in keeping with the thread but figure if you save on food you can spend on presents for next Christmas so here goes.
This meat and veg box for £37.50 using code HEALTHYSTART. You can also use referrals to get £10 credit for both the referral and the new customer.
Also a request looking for a bargain irthday gift for dd's friend's sister who we give a lift to school. Gave her a bargain Hype bag for Christmas so much to live up to for as cheap as possible (buy for her really because I buy for dd's friend and I would feel mean otherwise) She will be 14.

FeelingSmurfy · 24/01/2017 18:00

I meant to say, the hype bags I got went down really well!

insan what about the makeup brushes above?

coolpatterngirl · 24/01/2017 18:28

My 7 year old wants a drone for his next birthday. I'm not sure he means a photography drone or just a flying object. Can anyone recommend a robust one under £50?

StubbleTurnips · 24/01/2017 19:21

Oh checking in early - I usually start hoarding stocking the present cupboard in March.

For anyone interested in some lovely Spode Christmas crockery Park has it upto 80% off ATM. Apols if this has been posted already.

Can anyone help me with Nerf guns please? Ds is obsessed with pretending to run around with guns Hmm which I haven't been encouraging...but I am due ds2 soonish and thought ds would be beyond delighted if ds2 bought him a little gift of one.

So....what's the best 'starter' Nerf gun, and is there anywhere that tends to do good deals on them? I've had a look on Argos and the endless choices defeated me Blush

margaritasbythesea · 25/01/2017 08:44

For the small ones Argos is as good as anywhere. They usually have one on their two for £15. If he is older and you want to spend more I can recommend the modulus tri strike. D's is 6 and can just about handle it. It's mega!

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 25/01/2017 10:48

Thank you!

flapjackfairy · 25/01/2017 19:39

Stubble thanks for the link. I live in the potteries but those prices are way cheaper than even the factory shops locally!
Picked up 2 mugs.
The way i am going i will be finished in world record time thanks to you lot!!

For those of you who took out the Red magazine subscription last year- in this months issue there is a £20 Espa voucher with no minimum spend. Only catch is you only get free delivery if you spend £40, otherwise delivery is £4.95. But they also throw in 4 free samples with every order. So effectively you can get something that is £20 or less, and 4 samples for only £4.95.
There are a number of nice things for £20 or less- nice shampoo or conditioner, body wash, foam bath, hand cream, etc.
