How long do I cook a 1.8 turkey crown

I've no idea.
Never cooked one before.

1.8kg? Should be less than 2 hours, I think the guidelines say 20mins per kg plus 70mins, so that would be 1hr50mins.

Ours is 1.9. Have covered it in butter and black pepper then layered with streaky bacon. Covered with foil and will go in for 2 hours with the foil off for the last 30 minutes at 180 (fan assisted). Not done a crown before so hopefully it will be ok.

Mines going in at 1pm.
