I ordered gifts from Not On The High Street on 14th December, due to be delivered on or by 21st December, but one hasn't arrived! I'm going to family for Christmas today, so now won't be in when it is delivered. I got an email back from the company that just says it was posted first class and they hope it should be with me soon. Is there anything else i can do?
