Charades, Rizla game, key game - what organised *fun* will you be having

Got a houseful (19) this Christmas Day and while we accept that there will not be much in the way of sitting quietly, we do like a few party games. So, aside from the usual, what are your family parlour game traditions?

Following - I want to do party games for a family of six (age range 1 - 64)

Shall I ask in AIBU?! Surely can't get flamed for asking for ideas!

After eight game. Everyone starts with an after eight on their forehead and then attempts to get it into their mouth without using their hands.
