Roast potatoes-duck fat.

I normally do goose fat but was shopping and forgot in one shop and was in asda so I seen extra special British duck fat ( for beautifully rich and Crisp roast potatoes) it says, dp says no they won't be the same?? Come on..

I bet your bottom dollar that your DH wouldn't actually know the difference. Have you tasted goose? Really similar to duck.

I prefer the duck as they come out a little sweeter. Both nice but duc is my first choice

Very little difference as we've had duck for Christmas dinner for the last few years ours are usually roasted in duck fat .
