Joining the Echo chorus, I got the dot as I couldn't really see the advantage of the echo over it.

We are not getting each other presents this year as we both are not in need of anything. We are both lucky enough that we never have to wait for what we want so we just buy things whenever we want them.

We both sat there the other night and tried to think really hard of what we could get each other and both of us came up with nothing!

Clothes from Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren - like me, he has gone down a size this year and would like some more new clothes in the new sizes. Also a new 'coffee table' book - this is a Lonely Planet one, a couple of new books too and also a Snapfish desk calendar - we always get him one for his work desk with photos of us from the previous year, which he always hints at getting a new one so seems to like it. Not sure if anything else yet...

We have a 1 thing that is useful on boxing day with family. I have bought him iron cleaner- he goes on about the iron not being clean. I don't iron.

He will spend a hefty sum on stuff for himself but it is so bespoke that I couldn't get it.
