What are you buying your 10 year old DD?

I need a main present.

She loves listening to music - any thoughts on which gadget might be best for that? Any other main pressie ideas??

What's your budget? Could you get her an iPod (maybe 2nd hand) or a Bluetooth speaker?

I bought DD a DAB radio for her birthday this year and she loves it. For Christmas she doesn't need much really so she's got some Lego Elves, a David Walliams book, a teddy with a microwave thingy you heat up... in other words, nothing "big" as such.

We are buying Dd a phone, we had told her she couldn't have one until she was 11 but we've relented 7 months early.
There is a very recent thread about the same thing.
