Why? What does this mean? Out of stock?

Contact them on the chat function, they're normally really helpful

Winterc00kie · 13/12/2016 08:10

That you were not in? x

MadisonAvenue · 13/12/2016 08:16

In the order details on your Amazon account you should be able to track the parcel, it may be that the courier ran out of time and will attempt delivery again today if it wasn't a case of you not being home to accept it.

jazzandh · 13/12/2016 08:16

damaged in transit?

chocdonutyy · 13/12/2016 08:17

It means the driver couldn't deliver your parcel.
Could be for a number of reasons, couldn't find your address, you weren't in or didn't answer the door or just the driver ran out of time.
I've had it before where the driver couldn't work out how to get into the flats where I live, it's a communal door and it seems they couldn't work out how to use it!

Strange. Ordered last night on prime, due for delivery today, got the email at about 2am - if hadn't even been dispatched so can't be a case of no one in.
I'll have to sort it out after work.
Thankyou!

I had this last week. It was supposedly damaged in transit. Fortunately it was not important.

SymphonyofShadows · 13/12/2016 12:26

I 'refused' a parcel the other day, despite being in all day and no one knocking. I suspect the courier couldn't be arsed.

CakeNinja · 13/12/2016 19:08

Yes, they've said it could have been due to a ripped label - in which case, sort it out ffs!
They then asked if I wanted to reorder it - for gods sake, just send me the item I paid for!!
It's nothing urgent, just annoying that it's been cancelled!

Ive had this today with dd's main Christmas present! I tracked it on the website yesterday and it said it was with carrier and would be delivered today, now it's marked as cancelled due to being 'undeliverable'. It's showing out of stock now on Amazon so have to try and find it elsewhere now!

CakeNinja · 14/12/2016 21:45

Oh shit, not good!
What is it?

It was a Sylvanian house bundle, came with lots of furniture and was a pretty good deal. Have ended up spending quite a bit more now buying the bits seperately! That will teach more for leaving it so close to Christmas I suppose.

ifonly4 · 15/12/2016 14:45

Amazon normally tell you if there's been a delay delivering your item or they find they're out of stock after you've ordered, so I guess it can't be that.Maybe it's something they'd want you to sign for and as you're at work they can't delivery it. I had to sign for a paper note book the other day, but it was okay to put a cd through the letterbox - I guess it depends which company is dispatching it.

MarjorySunshineDust · 15/12/2016 17:53

On those occasions they would normally put a card through and try again the next day I think. I reckon something has happened to damage them along the way!
