How do you buy music for a present now?

I used to buy DH CDs for his stocking each year. Now everything is digital and I'm crap with technology- I have no idea how to buy him some music for Christmas. Apart from a iTunes voucher, is there anyway to digitally buy an album for a gift??

We've hit this problem with DS(12) who has requested several movies for Christmas. As we are now totally digital there will be no physical gift IYSWIM?

However I am of the opinion that this falls under the heading of "crap and boring presents" that have been mentioned on MN several times recently. You know, the presents that you really want to receive but everyone else has decided are too mundane to be gifted? I know that DS will have a markedly smaller pile of presents than if I bought the actual DVD's, but he will still have the films he requested, there will be no physical discs cluttering up my house and they will also likely be cheaper

I Think you can send it as a gift on amazon.

Some CDs come with digital rip so you buy the physically CD but you can also AutoRip it
