Ear plugs that block noise?

Or headphones that totally block the noise of a snorer you're sharing the bed with?! Such a thing must exsist!!

Quies foam earplugs are very good and comfortable.

What about playing white noise as well?

Macks Silicone putty earplugs have saved my husband's life!
His snoring was unbearable and a colleague recommended these. They don't block all noise, but manage to deaden everything. I've been using them since the summer and haven't slept so well in years

Boots Muffles are a waxy cotton wool. Box of ten for about three quid. i find I can make three earplugs from one 'muffle' and they last two or three days, if you wrap them up in a tissue between uses. Very comfortable as you warm them and mould them to fit your ears, like plasticine. Very effective at blocking noise.

I think you have to try a few different ones to find the right ones for you. I've tried most of the ones on this thread but the silicone ones are best for me. You don't put them inside your ear, just sort of stretch them across the outside to make a seal so they're the least invasive. But I actially don't use them any more since I've got into sleep hypnosis apps and wear my phone earplugs. I still hear the snoring but the soothing voices distract me and send me off to sleep.

These are the ones. I suspect they're basically the same as the Mack's ones Happy recommended.
