Christmas music challenge.

Think of your favourite Christmas song, preferably old, but if modern find an old version.

This is my favourite oldie.

If you can provide a link we might get a playlist together.

My Favourite Favourite is "Fairytale of New York" (Pogues & Kirsty , not Ronan Keating) but the original (with Cait O'Reardon ) is meh , probably because The Pogues& Kirsty version is in my head as the only true one .

But for old: "Carol of the Bells" was written in 1914 , so that's a winner.
Not sure which version though, might need to listen to a few.....

Wow, didn't know there was an earlier version, will look for this but agree Kirsty and Pogues is a classic.

Going to look for Carol of the Bells, might know it when I hear it.
