Ideas for whole family present for adults

Once again I face the uphill challenge of coming up with Christmas present ideas for my family who are 6000 miles away and apparently all incapable of writing christmas lists. It's my DM and DF (60s) and my DB and DSis (30s). DM and DF live together, DB and DSis both live separately from each other and our DParents.

As I don't physically see them all much it's hard for me to just spontaneously come up with something they might like by spotting that they need something. I am really struggling for ideas and hoping Mumsnet can help with an idea for something I can buy for them to share.

Ground rules: must be able to be purchased by me online, can be experience or physical item(s). Family are not interested in sport of any kind (to head off any sport-related suggestions). Budget approx. 100 GBP for all.

i am taking the stress out of this as it was actually beginning to make me feel ill thinking about the perfect presents to buy.

John Lewis Luxury hampers ordered. Fortnums if extra special.

Oooh I like the hamper idea. I will take a look at John Lewis as I suspect Fortnums might be out of the question price-wise. Anyone else have ideas - I don't mind having a few in my back pocket for future reference in case the hamper one doesn't pan out.

Case of champagne, pub/restaurants gift card. Food hamper. Magazine subscriptions. National Trust membership, any good?

What about making your own version of a hamper, based on something you'd like to be doing with them if you were there? We play board games on Christmas night in our family, so I might send a couple of games, a trophy/crown, some nice chocolates, some Christmas beakers and some posh fizzy pop. Or if you would watch a film together, a DVD, a big serving bowl, some popcorn kernels, Maltesers, beakers, pop and blankets to snuggle under.

Any use?

Trouble with making my own is the shipping costs would be astronomical...

One of my best friends lives in distant climes - she orders through Amazon and has it delivered directly to us, so no need to pay postage. Just a thought if you wanted to tailor something. Good luck finding what works best for you.

One of those huge Hotel Chocolat boxes would be welcome here
