I saw them in Dobbies (expensive) but there are others. Are they any good or do they just look naff?

Not sure if this is what you mean, but I saw a house yesterday with a projector light in the garden. The projector was pretty small but the lights covered the house like a curtain. It looked a bit weird to me and took me ages to figure out what it was!

I got a cheapish one from eBay (just snowflakes) but it's not that good. It's ok I suppose. My friend has bought the expensive one and says it's amazing but I haven't seen hers yet.

That's what mean. It's a wee projector thing that throws lights up onto the house.

I saw a house with this today for the first time! Made me do a double take but they were actually quite tasteful looking.

My neighbour had a projector with red and green polka dot lights on the house. It's quite good but stars or snowflakes would have been better.
The coloured spots lack a wow factor I think!

Yes, we got ours from Littlewoods.. we think they look brilliant!

I keep thinking twice when I see cheap deals on them posted, but I think with something like that you probably get what you pay for

Hubby got a cheap one for Ebay and it is absolutely rubbish! You have to put it so close to the house to see the picture and then it obviously is only a small circle and you can't see it unless really close to it. So I would say if you are going to get one you need to spend the money.
