Today my elf arrived with the advent train what have other people's elves done today?

I woke up in a panic at 4am realising I forgot to do the elf! Ours is pairing sicks today..in the wrong pairs

only doing elf on a shelf as ds school decided it was a brilliant idea which led to asking where his elf was school started it on Tuesday so ordered elves on Tuesday night with express delivery. Elves didn't arrive until dinner time on Thursday. First trick was them posting themselves and arriving late. Friday they were swinging from the living room light. Saturday driving a toy car into an unsuspecting snowman band. Sunday hiding in the xmas tree. Monday one is sitting in a stocking while pulling the other one up a tinsel rope to hid in the stocking too.
