Could only find an American site, www.tipseyelves.com . 59 dollars. Looks good though, my wine loving SIL and BIL would like this.

$59 seems a lot for what is essentially a 10 second giggle/elaborate bottle gift bag - "Haha, you can put wine in there! But not really because that would be weird and uncomfortable...".
