Northpole breakfast, foods???

So tomorrow marks the start of Xmas in our house. Our Christmas elf, Elfin, will arrive. To start it all off we will be having a Northpole breakfast. For us that means Christmas table wear and a breakfast treat, (though this does not mean excess sugar in this house). Last year we had some sort of Christmas shaped crumpets but I can't remember where from!
I am being super unorganised this year and now do not have the time to trail around all the shops, I went to Sainsbury's yesterday but no joy. So am asking for mumsnetter's help! Has anyone seen any suitable food?? I can get to most supermarkets and would like it to be something simple like the crumpets. Tia. Xx

Asda have Xmas tree shaped crumpets

BrieAndChilli · 30/11/2016 07:54

Asda for the crumpets
Other option is to have weetabox and then cut kiwi into segments and arrange like an xmas tree or make banana and radishes into a snowman on top

If you xmas cutters you could cut shapes out of toast

Ditto to the xmas cutters - use metal ones in a pan to make Christmas shaped eggs

Thanks all. Got the last packet of Xmas tree crumpets from asda and some cute Xmas cupcakes from waitrose to take for their pack lunch 😆

In my experience you need to buy a pack of crumpets now to put in the freezer for xmas day if you want them as they will be sold out in the week leading up to xmas.
