Shoe zone had sparkly elsa shoes in not sure how much they cost tho

mammyaroundmadness · 03/12/2016 15:11

Does Amazon tend to drop Playmobil items close to christmas? Undecided whether just to wait or just order the item now

Pengweng · 03/12/2016 15:15

So the beanie boos aren't on buy 3 get 3 free in store but are on line. And shopkins are in the offer in store but not online. They had loads of shopkin stuff in the store though if anyone is after season five stuff.

AHolyGuacamole · 03/12/2016 15:22

Is there a good deal on the Hotel Chocolat tasting club box still? I got one last year for my DF for £6.95 delivered and it went down well. Want to get one for MIL. Tried searching but my phone is rubbish!

AtleastitsnotMonday · 03/12/2016 15:26

Thank you so much MarsBars that was what I was thinking of!

VintagePerfumista · 03/12/2016 15:38

To the person wanting a Thornton's hamper- if you can bear to wait, then they always reduce them to half price (and codes still work) For the past 7 years I've had the most ginormous one

VintagePerfumista · 03/12/2016 15:41

Thank you for Truffleshuffle link! Lots of fab stocking fillers there.

(I have been on these threads for years, namechanger!)

YellowHat! I remember your threadbaby! Grin

Restie are these any good for your daughter? direct.asda.com/george/kids/shoes-boots/disney-frozen-glitter-effect-shoes/GEM489474,default,pd.html
My 5 year old has them. They seem well made for the price and they are practical enough to wear to parties.

AlbusPercival · 03/12/2016 16:01

I need to buy for a 9 yo girl. Don't know her very well at all. Budget £5 ish. Any ideas?

margaritasbythesea · 03/12/2016 16:08

Very tired could it be some kind of mould like a jelly mould to make a dinosaur ice cream? I asked my dcs and they had no idea what it might be so it's not something obvious. They are toy fanatics.

Thanks for all your help with the lockable paper box. I think I am going to decorate a plain one. Now I just have to find one with a decent postage charge to Spain.

TobleroneBoo · 03/12/2016 16:18

namechange that's how I got my bargain PS4 controller, no bugger had offers on them!

Eva50 · 03/12/2016 16:19

Scarlett I noticed one of the pairs of boys pyjamas go up to a 13 as do some of the t-shirts on Saltrock. I couldn't get the two codes to work together though.

woodwaj · 03/12/2016 16:30

Just had my hype order refunded from the 24th 😢

Flowerpower321 · 03/12/2016 16:33

Next online do kids pjs up to age 16. M&s do 13-14. My sons have been in small men's sizes since age 12 so I feel your pain! Have had some good long leg, short sleeve top, checked leg ones from sainsburys in small men's and fairly cheap when 25% off so that might be worth trying.

MarsBarsAreShrinking · 03/12/2016 17:01

M&S online go up to 15-16 years but they're pretty standard sizing. My 16 year old, about 5'6" is in the size 15-16 and they fit him fine.

Boden on the other hand come up HUGE! The 15-16 would have fitted my 6'4" H on the leg length!

Thank you so much for the frozen shoe help. I've ordered two pairs from sports direct, an Elsa jelly shoe (which sort of looks like a dressing up shoe to me and they are her size so should fit) and the canvas trainer which has Anna and Elsa on (not exactly dressing up but hopefully will do). 10% back via quidco helped the sting of £5 delivery on a £15 order a little. Carrot that is quite a genius idea but alas all ordered now.

Verytired let me know if you find any good discounts on toy advent calendars. Have to say I got the playmobil advent calendar when cheap in the summer and would definitely recommend. Dd loves it and it's good quality and useful to play with year round.

dancemom · 03/12/2016 17:55

When can you / should you cancel your Cornerstone subscription?

FromIbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 03/12/2016 18:00

Are there any codes for a one off case of beer (rather than a subscription) from Beer52 or similar?

The £10 off code mentioned earlier in the thread only applied to the subscriptions.

CarrotVan · 03/12/2016 18:01

Any ideas for a couple, late 30s, no kids, horsey, like cars, very time poor, like food/drink but not that interested in cooking?

Budget approx £25

Mama1980 · 03/12/2016 18:14

Any John Lewis codes about does anyone know thanks :)

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/12/2016 18:22

Did some one ask about smiggle? Can't remember if some one did or I made it up. Sign up to the website and its 20% of first order then loads of email offers follow.

John Lewis is on kidstart.co.uk for cash back, don't know of codes though
