Presents for grandparents

My daughter is 18 months and I think her grandparents would be overcome with delight if she managed to make a little present for them this year. She has the full compliment, luckily!

Sadly, her mother has no imagination whatsoever. Has anyone any ideas for something I could help her do, and do four times?! Handkerchiefs with handprints, maybe? Is that massively rubbish?

What are your kids doing?

Is there a pottery cafe near you?
I took my grandson to one and he painted a plate.
It was a mess ( they out it down as multi-coloured) but he was so proud. We had to collect it a week later (after it had been fired) but his parents were delighted

Must look, never heard of that before but she'd love it!

We did salt dough tree ornament. Did the dough, got the cookie cutters out, baked them, painted and carefully wrapped and sent by post.

All survived and I now the grandparents still have them 7 years later.

I have taking 6 months DD to do a hand print photo frame at a pottery place.

get yourself onto Baker Ross website.

for example these photo star decorations could go down well, as coloured and decorated by DD; or snow globes with her photo in, or any number of things with stickers to be applied.
