Suggestions for a gift for (male) nursery key worker

My daughter's keyworker is brilliant, so full of enthusiasm and energy and does so much for all of them. I would like to get a little gift for her to give to him at Christmas but no idea what to get! If all else fails will get a gift token but it feels a bit dull ....

(He's late twenties I reckon, v sporty and sociable...)

I gave my DS' male key worker a Starbucks card. He was delighted but does love coffee!

Oooh I like both these ideas... Although we aren't v close to a Starbucks or costa but if we were that would be perfect, he probably needs coffee before he faces my DD

Do people who buy starbucks/costa vouchers live in cities? We are in a small village near a bigger town and it would never occur to me as a present idea
