Freeze ahead pud for Christmas lunch?

I've done the usual christmas pudding but a few of DH's family won't eat that so I'll do another pudding alongside.

Just looking for ideas for something that I can freeze ahead to avoid too much cooking on Christmas Eve. Can anyone help?!

Choc ice cream bombe- looks like a Christmas pud, tastes of choc ice cream.

A lemon or treacle tart

Sticky toffee pudding freezes well

I've just Googled the ice cream bombe. Awesome idea!

I hadn't realised you can freeze tarts. I make them quite often so will look into that too.
