A barbie doll, or Disney princess doll? Shopkins are a favourite here.
Playdoh, or anything crafty, pens, pencils, stickers, you can get a big box of craft quite cheaply in places like Home Bargains, book box set, bath fizzers.
How about a cosy onesie? Lego? Paint your own piggy bank/cup/trinket box have always been loved in our house since they were about that age.

And how could I forget My Little Pony?? How about his? chocolate bar maker
Think Argos maybe doing another 3 for 2 before Christmas too.

Thank you so much!

I always worry I will buy something too babyish and offend. Lots of ideas there!

Look at Digipenguins or Little Life pets on Amazon. Many of them are under or around £10.
My 5 year old DD loves hers

That should say Little live pets.

Also my fairy garden is usually £15, but it's on Amazon for £10 at the moment. You build your own fairy garden - easy enough for a 5 year old to do by themselves. Lots of fun :)
