christmas ads are such a Big Thing

have just seen sainsburys' Very long. and very Good.

they must all spend an absolute fortune.

I love Christmas ads and so do my kids. I'm a big fan of anything Christmassy

They do, they spend millions on these ads, I really love them and always look forward to them every year. I just watched the Sainsbury's one. very good like you say. It's all part of the 'run-up' to me. Not sure what Tesco are thinking at the moment, their ads are terrible and I do like actors themselves. Not seen Waitrose or Aldi offerings yet.

Must admit I wasn't a fan of the Sainsburys one. My favourite so far is M&S, I think.

Just watched the Waitrose one and it made me tear up a bit

I haven't seen M&S yet but I didn't think much of JL or Sainsburys. There was one a couple of years back where Sean's mum from This is England fell into a tin of Roses or similar, that made me laugh. I think it was for Co-op.
