Would you share your recipes and methods please?

I usually do the bulk of the prep on Christmas Eve but would love to get organised ahead of time this year.

Braised red cabbage freezes really well.

I also prepare pigs & blankets & stuffing balls which I freeze.

Also Jamie Oliver's 'get ahead gravy' was truly delicious (but quite a faff!) I froze that too.

Good food cabbage in cider freezes.
Par boil potatoes shake in a bag with flour and seasoning and freeze.
Stuffing balls usually bacon and chestnut off good food website. Also freeze bacon and chestnut butter to mix with the brussel sprouts

Delia's Parmesan Parsnips freeze beautifully. I either put them in foli trays ready to go in the oven - or just in a bag and grab a handful when needed.
