Cheapest Magformers or similar?

We have a couple of sets already,but would like to get more to allow for making bigger things. Has anyone seen any cheapish sets? Or bought any decent quality knock offs?

ELC have a couple of sets in the 3 for 2 so that may be an option...

I've seen magformers at TJMaxx here in the US so worth a look in the UK as stock seems similar to me.
Amazon has got to be cheaper than ELC. I think generally magformers are the cheapest brand. We stupidly started with magnatiles which are ridiculously expensive.

They are aren't they. There are some cheapie eBay types around, but I'm loathe to buy them. I do wonder though as it is kind of quantity bthat we need as against all the wheels etc.
