I went to Home Bargains today and they had themed Minions 8 pack of Crayola Crayons for 49 pence. Each pack had a different picture etc on it and seemed to have different colours in it. They would be good for party bags or even as a stocking filler.
Also they had the battling Warrior Hexbugs in there for £2.99 a set instead of around £12 a set on Amazon. Has anyone had them and can tell me if they are any good? They seem to get good reviews on Amazon and DS1 loved Robot Wars so if they were good they might be a nice gift for him.

I have heard that about bunchems. Very close supervision, and my youngest is 4 and has a shaved head so we should be okay. Famous last words.

Amy I agree about Poundland, I bet there would be some bits there perfect for a party bag, you could get one present for everyone rather than lots of little things. Could even get different things and wrap them up and have a lucky dip at the end of the party.

Anyone else having problems with the Amazon app not showing Lightning Deals?

Any Paw Patrol fans know of a larger Ryder toy available? A friend's DS has asked for a "BIG Ryder toy" and she has searched and only been able to find bigger Chase and Marshall toys - all the Ryder figures and plush toys seem to be smaller. Her DS is insistent that it's a BIG Ryder he wants and it's the only thing he's asked for. Is there something she is missing or something available internationally that she would be able to get in time?!

I have no knowledge of Paw Patrol so wouldn't even know what to look for.

I'm struggling to wade through all the deals on Amazon - can't filter it down to see what's coming next - just endless 8pm tonight and 6am tomorrow . I'm going to try on my laptop later as it could be my tablet.

It's all a bit random on Amazon. I think the best deals will still be next week / on Black Friday itself. This weeks seems to be about over-stock clearance!

Anyone after Zootropolis stuff Home Bargains is worth a look. They had a few different things including quite large soft talking toys for £3.99 (fox and rabbit) and other larger ones for £6.99, as well as play sets.

Just had a result with Amazon Prime...
My membership ran out today and the offer for £59 was for new customers only... I know you can sign up with a new email address, but I'd rather keep it linked to my current one (all of kindles are linked to that email etc.)
Anyway, I live chatted with Amazon and said I didn't think it was fair that they weren't rewarding existing customers and he agreed to give it to me at the reduced price! Very happy.
He said it was only because my membership ran out within the special offer period, but if that applies to you too then it's worth a try.

AmyAmoeba for my son's birthday this year I just bought tesco own brand cookie mix, put it into a little bag and tied a homemade recipe card around it, and gave that as party favours, the kids loved it and so did the parents as they got to do something together and then eat them afterwards x
