Also just had an email from Accessorize offering a unique 20% off code if I sign up to their reward card. I haven't bought anything from them for years but was still on the mailing list so I hope it will work for anyone

Mother are and elc have 3 for 2 on loads of toys, most of the happy land stuff is in the deal, just got dd2 some of the toy Boch tools ( as she's not having real ones ), also the huge dolls house which is already reduced is in the deal for around £60.

Placed a order with book people last night, got a few Lego books and bought the 'doctor who cookbook' for £4.

John Lewis Christmas ad here . Just isn't really doing it for me tbh, maybe it's because I'm not a dog person.

Checked M&S at 12.30am and the link wasn't live then, checked at 2.30am and it was sold out! Managed to get one at about 8am so chuffed with that, hope the person it's for appreciates the effort!

For those wondering about Amazon refunds for 3rd party sellers:

Open Amazon in a browser ( doesn't work in app), open 'my orders', next to each order that has been completed it has a button for 'file/check claim', this allows you to open up an a-z claim, Amazon tell you to contact seller to allow them a chance to update ETA, if you don't hear back by three days then Amazon refund without question. If you can find the claim button (it sometimes hides!) open live chat for the item and request an a-z claim.

Tbf both years when I've been pregnant their ads have made me weep uncontrollably but other years I've been quite resilient, so I blame the hormones!

Re monsoon/ accessorize code mentioned by gerrard code they sent me is TREATME20 but says you also need to enter your reward card number at checkout

I like the JL ad a lot but the song doesn't fit.

I went to M&S after dropping DS of and my local store had loads of beauty calendars. There was a guy standing by the door promoting them, last year's was more low key. This is a big store off of the M25 though, so I suppose they are expecting a lot of passing trade. Some people had 3 or 4 in their trolleys.

I've got a job interview this morning so my calendar hunt took my mind off it for a little while . I'm finished now apart from DP and the great camel coat saga
