Nice aftershave for 17 year old

He likes cool water so I'll get him some more but any ideas/recommendations of popular aftershaves for 17 years ds1?

How about a little set of trial size ones so that he can see which is his favourite. I bought DP a set of 4 old school Calvin Klein ones last year and then he bought his favourite one in a big bottle later on.

This year I've bought DS a set of 10 mini tester sized ones to put in little drawstring bags as part of an advent calendar - will put chocolates, guitar picks etc in the others.

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male, Spice bomb extreme the blue police skull is nice to and quite cheap.

Was going to suggest the John Paul Gaultier one as well. Ds also likes Hugo Boss Red.

my DS (nearly 17) still uses a squirt of Lynx, I'm trying to wean him onto something a bit more sophisticated.

I was in debenhams the other day and I really liked John Varvartos (see pic) I think it was that one anyway, I remember it was in a leather casing. I don't know if it is maybe too old for him but df smelled delish wearing it after he had a spritz in the shop!
