I will have a small baby come Christmas. She'll be seven weeks old. Am I nuts to think she should have a stocking and Santa present?

If there are other children about - no, they will expect her to have the same as them. If she's the only one- yes, totally nuts. But go for it! Grin it isn't hurting anyone and it makes you happy.

If you want her to have one, then of course she should

My baby was 6 weeks at Christmas last year and I did buy him a couple of presents but nothing too much and didn't do stocking. He got soooo much stuff from family though, I haven't opened that many presents at Christmas since I was a child!
Even this year, not getting too carried away as he wont understand just yet. Saving the advent calendars and stocking at end of bed til then I think.
But, it's your baby and your memories so do whatever makes you happy - my son DID have a lot of Christmas outfits....!!!

Absolutely, why not. Eventually they'll want to look back at photos of their first Christmas. A cute outfit and a few toys they'll grow in it would be perfect.

I think you're nuts asking Santa for a new baby Wink

This year, (and next year) it's going to be about your Christmas with your daughter. She will only be interested in food and cuddles.

If you want to do her a stocking, then do it. It'll look very cute in the photos Grin
