Christmas buffet - veggie suggestions please?

On Boxing Day Dsis and family are coming to lunch. They are all veggies. I will have cold turkey and gammon for non veggies, plus lots of salads, garlic bread etc for everyone.

I would really like some Christmassy vegetarian suggestions for the menu. I usually end up making a veggie flan and I would really like to make something different this year.

Thanks

oh my goodness I'm dribbling just reading all of this. the jusroll puff pastry pinwheels sound amazing. and I third (fourth?) veggie sausage rolls. they are my ultimate favourite and my grandma still makes them especially for me and my dad - I have about 8 haha.

I also appreciate hummus and the usual veg sticks. anything with a Christmassy flavour is a big hit with me. I'd be more than happy with some m&s bits too.

Linda McCartney sausage rolls are awesome. I also really love the vegetarian gammon roast you can get from holland and barratt. It's too expensive for me for day to day, but i buy it as a treat and always get it at christmas. They also do veggie pigs in blankets, which i always get for christmas.

I love a bit of cooked halloumi on a buffet as well.

Maybe put all the veggie food in one area and let everyone know it's for the veggies? Or at least that they get first pick of it.
