Days out in Worcestershire or Warwickshire

I'm really struggling to think where to take them on days out this Christmas. DC's are 12, 9 and 5. Ideally I'd like somewhere they can all enjoy though this might be tricky with oldest, which I guess is why it's so tricky. Where do you take your Dc's in these areas?

Thanks
