Parents and grandparents have been asking for ideas and I guess I'm lucky as there's nothing I want. Ideally I'd love kindle vouchers but they won't go for that as it's not a proper present apparently...,

The gin making I have read about is simple, a little tin of herbs and juniper to put in a bottle of vodka for a day or two.

Ooh great thread! I always say I don't know but thanks to this I am going to ask my girls for some Doc Martens!

We're going to Florida next year so all my presents will be dollar/voucher/ticket related.

However, normally I get philosophy or Benefit stuff, clothes from lovely shops (or vouchers ARE acceptable as I can get more for the voucher amount), candles, baking stuff (including nice sprinkles etc not just tins), books, DVDs or CDs

Orla Kiely towels and..... not sure what else yet...

I would love some vouchers for new skincare and make up products, I will however end up with cash that I'll spend on the dc.

For gin lovers in the South of England, the experiences at the Bombay Sapphire distillery in Hampshire are supposed to be good.

A new watch (one I have my heart set on).
A beanie and scarf set that is too expensive for me to justify the cash

The things I want are house presents really - a coffee machine a new set of saucepans and some fluffy big bath sheet towels.
