Tipped 2 litres of it all down my front and over the floor. Fortunately it was cold by that time.. but what a waste of time - boiling up the carcass for several hours, straining it all into a tub, only to wear the bl**dy stuff!

we very carefully put the stock on to boil and then got distracted by Monsters Inc, so although we do have stock we have about three spoonfuls of really really concentrated sludgy stock...
