I've got dh a wii. he doesn't know. when should he get it?

I'm sorely tempted to give him his jumper on Christmas day and wait until the guests have all receeded before giving him the wii. It would be a nice suprise for him on the 28th (when we have no kids with us all day ) I like video games but not with other people around. is it mean to keep it a secret?

Has it got the new thicker wires on the strap? Ive heard they have had to change them all because some have been snapping and flying out of users hands!

Defintely give it to him on Christmas Day. He can get it out of his system then. No kids you say - well only one thing to say to that - you will be alone so do you really want him paying attention to something other than you? Surely not.

Tell him if he does all the washing up after christmas dinner, then you have a very special present for him!!!!!

Once he's done that at least he'll be happy for the rest of the day and you won't have any clearing up to do!!!!!

ok I think I might compromise. maybe after we've been out for a walk, eaten etc. I don't mind the idea of the two of us playing it when the kids are way. will take us back to our mis-speny student days.

has to be said I'm finding it virtually impossible not to tell him right now. so god knows whether I will actually even hold out until christmas!
