Any ideas to jazz up a gammon joint?

i'm cooking one this year for some family but fancy doing something other than just baking it. Any ideas anyone?

I boil mine, then roast in the oven with orange, honey and mustard glaze.

I thicken the cooking juices with corn flour for a sort of gravy.

I bake mine in cider, and use dijon mustard and brown sugar as a glaze.

I have bought an oak smoked ham so that means I won't have to boil it - but will bake it in the oven to glaze it. Yum!
