I placed the order ages ago for delivery on Thursday (with turkey). Website went down and my order disappeared. Ran help desk who reinstated it but could only do that for Tuesday - so couldn't have the turkey. But the said that they'd make sure the store delivered it on Thursday (with turkey). Turned up today turkey-less . However delviery chap looked so weary I didn't get upset. Rang helpdesk to make sure that I wasn't going to get another load on Thursday and nice lady is sending me £15 voucher. Means I'll have to go an buy a turkey in a real shop
