There are some very naughty people around!!!!
A box of lovely wines was delivered to me yesterday, with a card saying that it was from Mumsnetters!
My PILs had already told us that they were sending a box of wine for Christmas to us, so I told DH that the box had arrived when he got in very late last night - it was only when their box of wine was delivered an hour or so ago that I opened yesterday's box to find that it was from some very kind mumnetters!
I have had enormous joy from pulling the Christmas appeal together and seeing the way in which a crowd of people can pull together to put a bit of magic back into Christmas, has been rather humbling!
That was reward enough for me! But this extremely kind gesture has made my day
And of course whenever I drink a bottle of these yummy wines - I will think of this place and remember when we saw something amazing happen, and that took all of us to pull it off - not just me
