Last minute stocking ideas for adult children

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 20/12/2015 16:16

Dds are 20 and 18. We don't go mad at Christmas and I'll know they will be happy with what they get, but I'd like to get a few more 'bits' for their stockings. Any ideas for last minute, easy to find and cheap stuff that isn't sweets/chocolate?

So far I've thought of:
hair spray
body spray
make up remover and cotton wool
wine/cider

Dry shampoo
Nail polish
Bottle of wine
Fluffy socks
Chocolates
Face/hair masks

Pigwitch · 20/12/2015 16:22

Nail varnish
Bobbles
Lip balm
Face wash
Socks
Pants

Fluffy socks and dry shampoo would both go down v well. Thank you. :)

I could do with some suggestions too, for a 22 year old DS.

Got him some clothes and a new computer keyboard so far. Might take him to the Dr Marten shop this week and convince him to get some new boots if I can.

How about a Boots voucher?

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 20/12/2015 16:26

Don't want to do vouchers - have done their main presents; this is just a few things to open from 'Santa' as they do still really like their stockings. Grin

Libi - bow ties and braces v popular with the young chaps around here at the moment! DM shop also had some really nice shirts in.

DS 19 has pants, costa voucher, chocolate, personalised nuttella, posh shower gel and 4 litres of local cider.

Starbucks gift card
Gummy earphones
Pretty fold up shopping bag
Miniature flavoured vodkas
Lip balm
Nail polish
Hair wax

That sort of stuff x

Nicky James have bags, purses and make up/toiletries bags all reduced to under £10 and brilliant quality - we've just got some for DH's god daughters.

Note cards, pens, highlighters
Keyring
Woollies
Card games eg 'sussed'.

A towel thingy to wrap around wet hair this one
Pack of nice pocket tissues
Tape measure (yes a bit male but if they are reaching the age to be thinking about leaving home oh so useful)

We always get lottery scratch cards from my parents.
