HELP! Christmas pudding guidance needed!

Would love to make this www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/4962/festive-date-and-pecan-pudding but would have to put in slow cooker instead of baking, will kg work? If not, does someone have a similar recipe for slow cooker? Thanks all

Sorry can't click on link but it would probably work. If its meant to be steamed you'd need to put it in a pudding basin inside the slow cooker with some water in.

Recipe says to bake in the oven? Can anyone tell me how I could steam it? Or similar recipe?
