Polar Express - thought I'd hate it but I loved it!!

Watched this the other day for the first time too. I liked it too, dd who's 3.8 loved it in the end but was a bit frightened by some parts.

Is anyone going to see that Nativity one at the cinema? Thought I'd take DD (8) next week.. but its PG so wanted to know if people think it's suitable?

Is there anything disturbing in it re Herrod? Is that's why it's PG? Or are there graphic scenes of Mary in childbirth????

(And yes Polar Express is lovely )

I seem to be the only one to hate polar express. big time. Just can't see why it's so raved about.

mind you, can't be doing with the Beatles either, so clearly sommat wrong with me.
