Children's Christmas party. Any ideas for games, wide age range

Have got a children's party on Sunday.
1 x 8yr old
2 x 6 yr old
3 x 4 yr olds
3 x 2yr olds
1 x 18month
1x 12months
1x 6 months
1 x 3 months
Any suggestions for games suitable for all ages (although obviously not the two babies)

Is pass the parcel too obvious?

Well we have thought of that, with the parents helping the younger ones, but we didn't want musical chairs, or musical statues, as we thought the younger ones might not be able to play.

We have a game like pin the tail on the donky, we had pin the nose on the snowman, pin the holly on the pudding, pin the hat on Santa.

Or a snow ball contest, everyone has a paper snowball and has to get it in to a moving target.
