Marble run owners - would two be weird?

Accidentally ordered 2 from Amazon - was going to be a joint gift for DS 2.5 and DD 4.5 - so then I wondered whether they would actually have more fun being able to combine them into one even larger run ?
Good idea or waste of money?

Marble runs are the dog's bollocks.

Do you have cats? My cats would happily watch for hours.

Yes we have 2 but dc have merged them together for 1 big set. Hours of fun

I deliberately got two marble runs and it was a good call. Our runs would be disappointing with only one.

And yes, as sleepy mentioned, it is better than 2 (and we have another second hand one up the loft!) 4 marble runs???? Oh yes, bring it on...

It's a good idea.
Sorry I missed these replies last night as was writing Christmas cards.
Am quite excited now - been waiting for DS to be trusted not to put things in his mouth before I could purchase one of these.
He will love getting a present the same as his big sister too.

Now maybe I should just get DH one to complete the set !
