Adding a picture on PNP - having trouble

I'm trying to add a picture on PNP to send the personalised santa message but it's not accepting it - the picture goes into the drag and drop window but then the only options I have are back or close.

has anyone else managed to load a picture?

No problem with mine the other day? I did it online rather than download an app.

I think I've solved it! The name seemed to be too long - was an automatic date name format so was about 30 characters long. I saved it to the desktop and renamed it and it worked! Try that if anyone else has problems.
